Communication, honesty and transparency is second to none - compared to the other local well renowned Brisbane builders (the ones all over facebook and instagram) Chris was a breath of fresh air. Chris has worked extremely hard with us to realise and deliver our ambitious and challenging (oversized!) project in Clayfield. Right in the thick of unprecedented increasing material prices, rising interest rates and availability of labour and materials - Chris has been in the trenches with us, helping us navigate this volatile time in the construction industry, working closely with us to look at options where we can save money. Chris is a problem solver, always positive and has been resilient, a rock for us, in the face of what have been some very adverse and unique situations. “I can't speak highly enough of this builder. My husband works in the building industry and sees the final product of many many builders. He's worked for Lindon Homes for several years and always said that when we built our new home, Lindon Homes would be the one he'd choose. After nine years, we finally knocked down the old house and started the plans and then the build. If I wasn't so happy with the house, I'd build again with Lindon Homes in a heartbeat! We found the process smooth, upfront and organised - everything you want in your build. We have time with an interior decorator. I'd spent four years clipping pages from Home Beautiful and gave them all to her! A week later, I went in and picked all the tiles, laminates, caesarstone, etc. in one go from the choices she'd selected from the photos I'd given her. Brilliant! And so easy to see all my selections in one place. The workers onsite were polite whenever I turned up with my three kids under six and baby in a sling! I can't recommend the company highly enough.”

“Cannot recommend Dwain and the team at Hezzelic enough! From our first meeting, Dwain was great to deal with, friendly, listened to what we were after and our concerns (we were building in Brisbane whilst living in Sydney), accommodating and provided valuable feedback on all aspects given this was our first build. All the specifications and price of the build were laid out from the beginning and Dwain took the time to talk through all our questions in detail (thanks for your patience!) to make sure we were comfortable with everything and to ensure there were no surprises. All the inclusions were of a high standard. The build itself was seamless, we were provided regular updates on the progress of the build and there were no delays from the original timetable. What sets Hezzelic apart is the quality of finishes and the pride Dwain, Shane and the team take in their work. Just a tiny example, during the build, Dwain noticed the way we had the front door swing in the plans didn’t flow well practically, he called us to discuss this, and amended the plan for the door accordingly. It is the little details like this that you miss when you are not on site but that we were grateful that the Hezzelic team took the time to think of and address during the build process. Dwain, Shane and the team have great attention to detail and take pride in their finishes, when we did the walk through for handover, they picked out defects that we missed and had them all fixed prior to us moving in. We are often complemented by friends (especially those who have built before) on the quality of our build. Thank you Dwain, Shane and the team. “It all started with meeting Jason Nicholls, the sales consultant of Ownit Homes, I walked into a display home in Upper Coomera and there I met Jason. What an asset to the company, he is kind and friendly, not pushy at all and so helpful. Nothing is ever too much for him. And he follows up with everything. Next is the back office team in particular Nikki Lennon and Angela Black. I have asked them both so many questions and they never got irritable with me and they explained everything to me in a language I could understand. And lastly, Mark, the site supervisor, he is as friendly as the rest and phones me every week to let me know how the construction is going. (A very nice touch) My new home is on time and on budget. I would really recommend Ownit Homes to anyone that is thinking of building a new home.”
