“I've had the pleasure to use Glen as my builder on my last 2 projects. Glen skills and experience made a big difference to my final outcome . He's old school meaning he is honest , arrives early morning and works an honest day’s work , Every day! He cleans up after himself every day! . He is organised and has very good time management. He does what he says he'll do and is a very good communicator . He was open to discussion and potential changes at any time of the construction. He responds to emails , Replies to phones calls and a very nice guy. His product is very good and he's a wonderful builder ! He could be the last of his kind and he's right here in Brisbane . I would highly recommend you request a quote from this man .”

“We hired Campbell Builders to build our deck. The first impression we had of Michael was very favourable as he arrived to give us a quote exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and apart from being very friendly he knew exactly what he was talking about. We had no hesitation in hiring him to do the job as his quote was based on exact costs of materials. The job took the time that he had quoted on and he finished on time. Michael's appearance was always neat and clean and he is a very tidy worker. The finished result was beautiful and we are still very happy with it over a year later. I would have no hesitation in recommending Campbell Builders.”

“Innovative design and build group produced some truly superb quality finishes on the project for us, our project required an extremly high attention to detail as all aspects of the timber work are key features to the look of our project. There devotion to quality and detail never faltered and it really showed throughout the entire duration of the project. They showed a great ability to adapt to any issues or concerns onsite and helped us to easily overcome them with relative ease and minimal cost to the project, if any. “This is the second time I have used ESP Developments. Their professionalism, their courtesy, their timeliness, their work ethics and their quality of work is simply outstanding. The fact that they cleaned up at the end of every day and left my house tidy and rubbish free - well that impressed me to no end - let alone they arrive on time every day. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and my next lot of renovations are only about 12 months away and I will be using them yet again. “From remodelling our spare room, recladding the back wall of our house, removing old stairs and replacing handrails and balustrading, nothing phased Rod. He was professional, on time and his quality of finishes were fantastic. He was able to provide recommendations for complimentary trades when necessary and I would not hesitate in recommending him or his services again. The fact that no matter how many times I moved the scope of the project (including adding whole new pieces of work!) you fit us in, worked with all the other trades we had here during our simultaneous pool build and never seemed flustered! Thanks a million Rod!”

“We first contacted Axcis in late 2014 regarding a possible raise, re-stump and renovation. Their knowledge and understanding of the process made the daunting seem easy to us as first time renovators. They worked closely with us to design a family friendly yet contemporary home in the heart of New Farm. They took us through planning, approval and a stress free build and certification with works completed on time and on budget in mid-2015. Since moving in we have been delighted with the quality, finish and the functionality of our new home. We would recommend using Axcis without hesitation.”

“We have just moved into our beautiful home built by McLachlan Homes. We could not be happier with the end result - it has surpassed our expectations. Our experience with the sales and design team was exceptional. Adam was extremely patient, methodical, professional and committed to providing us with a design solution that met all our requirements. Building a house can be stressful and undoubtedly has challenges and issues that require resolution. Our experience was no different, however, while challenges arose through the process we received an excellent and understanding response to any of our concerns. A slow start to construction was remedied with a completion date occurring several months in advance of the anticipated end date. All trade personnel working on our project were polite, helpful and respectful. Again any issues were resolved readily. Cost variations were minimal and variations were the result of our choices to include significant improvements to the project. I would happily recommend McLachlan Homes for anyone considering building a new home.”
