    “I have a house in west end which was originally a single level 3 bedroom workers cottage. The house was built in underneath 5 years ago and the upper level (original house) was left un touched and rented in its original state. For added income I decided to rent out the lower levels and moved into the upper one. I was struggling with ideas on how to get the original house (over one hundred years old) to blend in and work with the newer, more modern lower levels. I appointed Dani Louis, to initially get ideas on colour schemes, light fittings, kitchen and bathroom layouts etc. Dani, was extremely helpful and full of great ideas. The house has kept some of its original features ie VJ walls etc, but now blends in nicely, mixing old world with new. Dani has tremendous buying power and sources great deals on fittings, fixtures etc and passes on her savings for all items as part of her service, which was amazing because the savings added up to be a lot more than the fee she charged. I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend Dani Louis Design to anybody wanting to undertake any form of renovation or design consultation.     “Gary undertook the redecoration of the living spaces of my home during 2013, advised on the colour scheme for the exterior and provided some of the interior furniture from his collection. The result is outstanding and I am particularly pleased with the external colours chosen and the new furniture and artwork internally. Everything Gary suggested was just what I needed but I could never have come up with the solutions on my own. In addition, let me say that it was an absolute pleasure to work with Gary and I have no hesitation in recommending him to prospective clients.”

    “Natasha is a spatial expert with an exceptional eye for design and the ability to immediately see potential. We asked Natasha to assist us with a bathroom, laundry & ensuite renovation. She listened to our issues with the existing layout and offered a fresh prospective reflecting our personal taste. Natasha came up with ideas incorporating extra space and offering alternative ideas that we would have not considered but made so much sense. The end result was fantastic, the new design not only making use of space but combining the natural light & much needed storage. We were really happy with her friendly advice and her ability to understand what we wanted to achieve. I would highly recommend Bankson Design. Natasha has had many years’ experience in her field of expertise and is dedicated to her craft. She has the ability to think outside the square, taking the common sense approach without compromising results. Her experience spans both residential and commercial.     “I engaged Kirsty to give her advice on how to best prepare a house which I was listing to maximise it's buyer appeal on a limited budget. The fee for a one hour consultation paid for itself many, many times over in the amount added to the value of the home through following her suggestions. Unlike other stylists I have dealt with previously, Kirsty was not simply upselling hire of furniture/props through her - but she was mindful of the budget of the clients and gave outstanding advice as to how the house could best be presented by working with what already existed within the house. Kirsty was punctual, professional, her advice was spot on, and she was a pleasure to deal with at all times, and I genuinely cannot think of anything that would provide a better return on the investment for sellers or would-be sellers than to engage her.”

    “After seeing her impressive portfolio, I hired Kate to help renovate the second level of our house, which includes two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and a completely new layout. From the very beginning, I knew that Kate would tick all the boxes. She has an impeccable sense of style, and her attention to detail is remarkable (she also has a great sense of space, and knows how to put everything together beautifully). Her approachable and professional attitude helped to make the entire experience stress free, and enjoyable. She is experienced, very knowledgable, and really understood our brief and our wishes, much better than we could have ever anticipated. I hope an opportunity arises to work with Kate in the future.”

    “I hired Chris from CG Design to design my studio in the colourful inner Sydney suburb of Newtown. I wanted a design that encapsulated the eclectic and original style of Newtown, at an affordable price point. I had viewed Chris's work when I lived in Brisbane, and some friends who worked in the design industry highly recommended him due to his experience in unique residential projects. Newtown is such an amazing place to live with colourful characters and never-ending entertainment and I needed a home that reflected this lifestyle. My home is a small and functional studio which required a keen sense of spatial awareness to incorporate defined living, eating and outdoor socializing spaces. Chris brought a mixture of soft and hard textures, creating depth with pops of colour through knitted woolen throws and geometric patterned pillowcases. My kitchen includes a raw hardwood mobile island with adjustable stools, which I can couple with my outdoor furniture on my compact balcony. Another hard wood multi-purpose chest has been used to provide me with more storage and seating, and to soften my balcony. Overall, Chris has done an amazing job to fulfill my brief and give me the home that matches so well to my surrounds.”

    “We worked with Lauren and her husband Ryan to refresh our home and to create a downstairs addition in our Queenslander. They were wonderful to work with. Lauren really took the time to understand our lifestyle and what we wanted to achieve. She came up with lots of innovative ideas, helped us edit our existing pieces (we were real bower birds) and was always considerate of our budget. Rylo offers both a building and a design team which was really convenient. We were dealing with the one company (rather than multiples) which made life much simpler. We now have a much lighter and brighter home which not only looks great, but really works for our family.”
