The experienced computer designer was absolutely cooperative when discussing the project. Being hard to please and always seeking new ideas it took the operator several hours before I was fully satisfied to see the plan on the sceen however having somme second thoughts over night I went back the next morninhg as I wanted to modified a few things. The operator was very patient and we went trough everything for another two hours then being satisfied i waited for the general planning of the demolition of the old kitchen and the various stages of the building of the new one. Everything was well planned at every step. The subcontracters were all top tradesmen. The final supervision was very thorough and of high standard.
I can recommend this firm in every respect. The designer was a pleasure to work with and at all stages the same friendly, pleasant and efficient relationship made the inconvenience of not having a kitchen for a bit over two weeks well worth it.”

“We did the rounds of designers before engaging Ivy + Piper for our renovation of a 25 year old resort in Vanuatu. Our brief was vague, but we knew actually how we wanted the resort to feel. Melanie and Elizabeth came back with a design that not only represented who we were but how Vanuatu as a small group of Islands in the South Pacific feels and lives. They included our incredible history, our sunsets, our people and local craftmanship. We had a wonderful and easy relationship with 2 site visits and the rest by email. “I wanted to refurbish my kitchen cabinetry but retain the carcass in one house, whilst I also required a refit of cabinetry to house a wine fridge in a kitchen which had been installed 2 years ago at our beach house.
Jack was prompt, enthusiastic, applying his knowledge to work out the details of refitting what was a new kitchen to house the additional wine fridge. The finished job provided a seamless profile and was indistinguishable from the rest of the kitchen joinery. Very happy indeed.
The refurbishment which converted cupboards to soft close draws was also a painless exercise for install, and protected the granite bench tops which I was concerned about without any dramas.”
