Hi There, I like your detail with the flush base and the way you finished around the door jamb. Can you share the details ? is the grey casing area around the door painted drywall or wood? what type of metal are you using for the reveal at jamb and base?
Typically we spec Fry Reglet reveals, but in this case went "cheap" by making the detail ourselves. On the door jamb it's a 1x piece of jamb trim/frame with a small strip of wood to build the reveal against the drywall edge (capped with L metal). On the baseboard we also capped the drywall edge, but built the baseboard as one piece with a reveal/rabbet on the top. Hope this helps.
