love the dining room table and chairs! i like your cofee table choice but you have a lot of black and white and square/rectangle shapes going on so maybe something round in wood like the in style modern table would arm up the space.

Thankyou Chookchook2 for recommendations. Clear chairs can work. I have recently painted apartment white. Would like to keep furniture light. I like woods idea too. I am worried the room will feel smaller with velvet grey stud chairs... Thankyou both for your comments. :) I'll let you know what I decide.

I didn't notice the leather @Neryl Hollingsworth! It's a chair-table hybrid it seems. My friend took this at a gallery some where, and we've been trying to track the piece down ever since!

I love the first one! The cement one looks too industrial for my taste.
