Hi Woodjay, I would go neutral with pops of colour in accessories. You have lovely rural views so you could bring in greens in herbs and fruit etc and change around as you like. I like what you have done already, just need the tiles and suggest you get the tiling showroom to show you how to lay them. Take print outs of these photos in A4 size to show them. Hope this helps.

Match the bench top to a glass splashback. I would suggest metallic grey. The metallic range is not as it sounds, all sparkly! It's really quite calm but more interesting. After that you can add colour with accessories. You really don't want to add anything to bland, maybe even try a essa stone display centre.

Hi Sue, I think it would look amazing if you used some tiles with a bit of texture. The wood look tiles that are popular at the moment would be an example. If you chose a colour that toned in with your floor you would get a really nice cohesive look but with a bit of interest. I've attached a photo of a recent design of mine as an example. Just a suggestion!
