Hi Shannon, you're getting some great help. Only thing I want to say is that I think the problem with what is currently there is that it is too busy. Whatever you choose keep it neutral/monochomatic. Also, I'm wondering.... in the second photo there appears to be dry grass in a planter box in the lower right of the photo. Is the brickwork indoors or outdoors?

Hi ucheokeke1 colour matching to the tile should be relatively simple as already explained. However even if you find the right paint colour, unless you ask for optically clear glass (known as Starphire glass in Australia) your colour will be skewed by the natural green skew of ordinary glass. If you can source a coloured glass splashback that's close to your chosen colour from a standard range you will be OK with normal glass. If there is nothing similar in a standard range, the only way to ensure true colour representation is to pay the extra for optically clear glass. I hope this makes sense.

Yes painting is not a task I enjoy & think the concrete is probably best left as is - with the exception of a good wash.... that being said .... I can almost visualise the building now with black/charcoal windows & doors & lots of mass plantings creeping up to the concrete & now feel the dark growth on the concrete might just serve to pull the space together with the help of a structure overhead. Hahaha listen to me... I've gone from hating my concrete to almost defending it :) Siriuskey could you try posting the link again please as it just goes to Google home page? Or even a search topic & I'll try to find it. Thank you all for your suggestions & hopefully I'll have an updated image to share sooner rather than later.

Anna, I recommend using a water meter to check moisture level of the soil. I have learned through much trial and error - using a meter has kept me from over or under watering my plants. Another thing I noticed is that the pot seems too small for the size of the plant. I would check moisture level first and foremost. Then when plant is not so stressed, repot into wider and deeper pot with new potting mix. Once you check moisture level I think you will have your answer about why leaves look as they do. Another idea is to take one of the affected leaves to nursery and ask their advise.p, in case there's more going on, like fungus.
