Thanks for asking. No, the shower glass is not tinted at all. 1/2" glass (and all heavy glass) naturally has a green tint to it, due to the iron content found in all glass. You can use a low-iron glass, which reduces the green tint naturally found in all glass. In this case the owner did not opt for a low-iron glass. We especially recommend low-iron glass in light tile shower applications because the tile color looks the same even when viewed through the glass, thus enhancing a truly frameless look that visually enlarges the bathroom.
