Yes definitely consider your furniture placement. Your lights should connect to the rest of the rooms decor. That is over the coffee table or over side tables. A cluster might work if you vary heights and consider some changes in size and shape of each light. See some examples below. Your light choice is lovely. It will however throw that pattern all around the room, something to think about if it's to be your only light source. You say there will be a fan as well. This will make the pendants move, another point to consider.

Hi Matthew. I dont really have any plans it was pretty much in my head and we altered things as we went along. It is essentially a hight big deck(1.5m high) with 2 smaller lower decks (platforms) then smaller lower ones again to get on the higher deck and the monkey bars. the monkey bars we put on after, cemented posts on the ground and screwed to the lowest platform. the spin bar and post we then added later. Underneath we essentially built a retaining wall garden bed which originally housed a sand pit. We lined it with weed matting and stapled that to the garden bed frame ready for the sand. We later changed it to a pond and garden as the kids are now older and dont really use the sand pit. If i can help more let me know. I could probably give you measurements if u need

I strongly recommend that you paint your internal walls, and cathedral ceiling ( in fact, all ceilings, doors, door and window architraves, etc) in a neutral wall and ceiling colour scheme. The key to whether you have brown or grey (or another colour) undertone lies in the colour of your floorboards, which I assume are being laid throughout the house, with rugs thrown on top to add warmth, and denote areas. Amar, can you measure the rooms again in Meters , marking doors and windows You could sell your old kitchen and appliances which would also be removed at no cost to you. Would you reconsider using the existing free standing cooker and Range hood this would save a lot of money, the cooker could be replaced at a later date? Once you have the measurements you could take them to a Bunnings for them to quote and do a floor plan at no cost to you, once you have this you can ask others to quote. Keep in mind that drawers cost more than a simply cabinet, and your choice of door profile/style will effect the price.
