Hi Love the double doors! Beautiful and very grand. Good look. IF the crimsafe must go back on, how about double security doors? Yes double the cost but only one has to be crimsafe? The other balances the space and it only needs to be secured into the space in front of the glass? It could be said that the extra security door makes the entrance more secure as well as no one can break the glass. And perhaps they both can be painted ( or purchased) in a colour that will compliment your new entrance?

Hi Julie - thanks so much for your suggestions. The water features look gorgeous and trust my luck to fancy the more bespoke labour intensive options! That said, I think your last post about the screens are a winner! I actually think this is what i will go for against the fence. I had originally considered this about two years ago and was keen to get a fabulous custom screen done (with foliage of Western australian flowers), however it just got all too hard and I didn't know how to source the right custom supplier. I'm going to investigate this option in the first instance. I can also probably back light it as well as I have some outside lights in the garden that i haven't positioned very well previously that I can probably run behind this to give a different effect at night. Thank you for reminding me and sourcing these gorgeous pictures. They look perfect. The rusted look gives colour and texture that I think will look great against green foliage, and if I can back light it - I hope it will look awesome. Have a great weekend.

attaching the garage at the corner can be complicated for the roof so this also has to be considered but can you post a plan of the block showing the proposed location of the new house, distance to each boundary, the front gate and any existing driveway, arrows showing the direction of north and any views and is the block sloping in any direction or relatively flat? the problem with acreage is that there are so many choices and you probably also don't want a view of the driveway from the bath so we need more information about the block
