Hi, I agree with you, the salmon is a bit yuk. Personally I don’t see the point changing the garage doors unless you were changing the roof. They talk to each other so leave them. The first thing I’d do is massively prune/clear the garden. It’s a very beautiful garden and well cared for, but it’s doing nothing for the facade of your house. Your house is drowned out by it. Now the trims, that comes down to what you like but I’d go for something dark and rich tones. I like good old woodland grey too, just cause it goes with everything. Best of luck. I love your view! There's options here, and they'll be led by where your blinds are installed in my opinion. It looks like you might need to install the blinds to the face of the architraves, in which case, I'd be selecting pale blinds to sit outside the window as they'll, hopefully be up out of the way most of the time. If they fit inside the recess, then I'd select dark.

Yep , a modern charcoal ( a very dark grey ) with a modern door was one option Kate ( with the red and white canopies ) , the other was the existing door in crisp white with red diamonds . Darren thinks a charcoal garage door is bold , so I didn't want to suggest a bright orange garage door and front door and gutters too !

Dreamer- going to Adair’s to source bathmat. Problem: Small narrow bathroom , shower over bath, tiles high gloss. = death trap ,regardless of nonsense some people say. Shower curtain leaks water out on to floor when I step out. Not a 1 person home. See if it helps my problems, it’s a design problem, gut job one day...
