Hi Deco Everything that I have collected part from the dining set which was an investment has been from garage sales. So I am quite happy to part with everything... I think the most expensive was $10.00. My problem is that I cant focus because you are right. I just have too much going on in different styles. Going with the style of the dining table - where do you think I should head with rug choices from everything I am reading - it says I should zone out the room?? I am staying away from leather couches and heading towards a cotton fabric. I really just want the space to be comfortable. Thanks for the tip about the ideabook. I've been collecting here and then, but mainly watching how people solve their dilemmas. I look but don't comment much.

Mimosa has a similar product. Without knowing the actual furniture manufacturer, mimosa may be a good alternative.

God is in the details, and if they haven't been resolved and documented so that everybody on the job knows what is happening then you can end up with this type of messy situation. In an ideal world, all walls and shower niches would be perfectly square and plumb. And the client would have decided on the tile size so that the niche could be designed and built to avoid cutting tiles around the perimeter. And all tiles no matter how cheap they are would be perfectly flat with no bowing or twisting. And all tilers would know how to tile and take pride in their work and redo it at their cost if it wasn't perfect. Unfortunately, we don't live in an ideal world and there are sometimes elements that are beyond the control of your tiler. But yes it does look crappy, and it would make me unhappy.
