Looks to be white ash or possibly white oak. I'm leaning more towards ash because of the color streaks and lack of rays though. Ash is very hard and durable so it is suitable for flooring.
It is white oak - select or #1 common - I don't remember which grade. Depending on the design, we often prefer the "lower" grades which will have more color variation than clear material.
