Agree with above posters, remove the lacework from the portico and even the railing (although cant see it too well) I would also remove the large bush in front of the door and in the centre of the front wall and replace with a one or two tall and large statement plants in pots (dark/black/charcoal coloured) and plant out the garden bed with the same plant the full length, maybe a lavender or something to add a pop of colour. Also add good mulch to both garden beds and a bit of a general garden tidy up will help. Adding a top coat to the lawn will pay dividends at this time of the year! If there is any loose or uneven pavers, fix those up. Potential buyers are always looking for clues to gleam whether the house has been well looked after, and these small details can sometimes be a deterant. I think your house looks grand, not boring. If there is a porch light, maybe update that to something black and modern to reference the dark in the pots and a colourful new doormat. I cant see your front door, but if there is no security screen, paint the door a striking new colour which references your internal decor. As others have said, try to spend as little as possible as, there is no guarantee that the extra spending will be reflected in the sale price. All the best with the sale.

Actually....I have one more white paint question everyone if you don’t mind! We will be using terrazzo tiles in the bathroom (off white base with Carrara marble chips) and white textured subway tiles. I had planned to paint the remaining sections of wall white too but now I’m on this white paint odyssey I’m wondering if it’s going to work or if I’d be better to go with a contrasting colour instead. If I do paint with white, should I match it back with the wall tiles? The closest colour is lexicon which is obviously pretty cold/blue - the room has a large east facing skylight but I’m concerned about it feeling a bit sterile...appreciate your thoughts! I’d suggest using pieces of plaster, painted in your chosen colours, to see what the colours look like in different rooms and at different times of the day. We were always going for Natural White which ended up having a pink tinge in certain light in our home. Our large back area is east facing (8m of glass stacking doors) with two south facing windows and two large skylights for northern light. Our colour consultant suggested Dulux Snowy Mountains Qtr strength and it is great for our home. Not stark (no blue/grey tinge) but definitely not too warm. We went all the same colour - walls, trims, ceilings - just in different finishes. Modern home with squareset ceilings. White is so hard. Good luck with your choice!

Love the sound of the style for the studio. Pick the stone you love and get a sample. You can then pick up a colour chart or from Bunnings and narrow down a couple of white choices that work with the stone. You can then paint or order larger samples of the white and see what you think. My opinion is that the Silestone is the better choice. It’s still a clear white but a touch less bright which would work with the look you’re after.
