Spontaneous art came to life when the old a/c came off the wall leaving a holey mess! Getting the board up was the most time consuming then with big brushes acrylic paint and 1/2 hr later... I love it, and I guess then I filled the brief so to speak!!

I would suggest hanging a large moroccan woven fabric or mat, just use a length of dowel along the top edge, and hang it up. It would add great texture and also a casual feel to the room. Dress up the couch with a bunch of patterned cushions and a bolster moroccan style. oh that art over lounge is old & need to replace bc sick of looking at it. also can’t change placement of the clock as there is a bracket & dont want to patch & paint the wall. The other wall in dining room will only reflect another wall so not sure but im going to buy them first and play around with them as I’m a visual person. also what colour would you recommend I go? ideally I would love to change my curtainS but can’t afford to do so. & my rug but I have an old fur baby who at times has accidents so going to wait on that for now. Was thinking of painting my antique tv unit & table white; what do you think?? Btw... chairs are brown not black.
