Hi an68888, in a way, yes you can by using a natural timber veneer that you first have your polisher stain, then tone and then polish in a clear matte polyurethane. Because you are using a natural product you will not get the exact "same" color, pattern and texture as this Polytec Bottega Oak but if you say start with American Oak as the veneer species and polish it as described from there, you will achieve something similar in color, pattern and texture but in a natural timber that is finished in Polyurethane.
