Thanks, Rebecca. The room is 5m x 2.2m. We had to make it narrower the original space to accommodate pipes and wires etc, as well as providing a perfectly flat surface for the tiles. The main drains are all at the rear of the property and the bathroom overlooks the front street. The bathroom drainage only works because this is a two storey flat and we ran the drains in the floor. If this was a conventional flat, on one level, the bathroom would not be posible.
