Huge engineering problem to resolve

Hi all , above is a overlay of the design vs engineering for steel structure of house we are building. Last night i had reason to question position of support columns and found that engineer had changed positioning without consulting anyone. In light blue lines was what architect and i had designed. Now in green is what engineer slipped thru to steel fabricators draftsman.

Now the problem is 2 fold.

1. the green columns sit outside of the line of the support beam by 50mm, this section was going to be boxed in but not able to now as the box section would protrude past rear wall section.

2. is if we try and move columns in more, it will create even straighter look which defeats the design look.

Biggest problem now is all cementing, piers and plates that columns where to be welded to are now in the ground and set at wrong distance as shown in green.

And one more thing we have to raise FFL between 100-200mm because of extra height in change of ub from 460mm to 530mm.

Thought from professionals only please.
