Where did you find this image?

the image is from adairs.com.au - it is a close up of one of their bedspreads. they don't sell the cushion (Or at least its not on their website) it was obviously used to style the bedspread that they sell.

I didn't notice the leather @Neryl Hollingsworth! It's a chair-table hybrid it seems. My friend took this at a gallery some where, and we've been trying to track the piece down ever since!

It looks like you are off to a good start with some beautiful homewares, that have been well designed, and which are presented well on your website.
