I've just been looking at your colours, I think the Dulux Dieskau would work the best with the other colours you have to work with, choosing colours is such a personal thing and I know it can be really hard to choose and hope you make the correct choice. Oskuee is right, a paint job can look terrible half way through so you need to make sure you finish to get the proper look of colour. But the biggest thing to remember is it's only paint and it's the cheapest thing to change so if your not happy with the colour you choose you can always try something else. Happy redecorating :)

Thank you all so much for the support, comments and info. The paint swatch is actually a very pale egg shell (the blue version, not the green). I agree with everyone that a warm undertone in the paint colour is necessary, I think it’s just my photography making it look stark. We’ll do a proper paint test once the build is underway. Thx for the encouragement re colour MB Design. It’s actually quite daunting as everyone else is choosing white on white or from the grey scale. Lavender is a very brave choice but, well done, I imagine it’s spectacular. The splash back is still a work in progress, either a very simple textured tile/pressed tin/glass the same colour as the stone benchtop (not stone, sorry I wasn’t clear about that MB) or, maybe a smidgen darker than the paint, but not textured. Might be a last minute decision depending on overall look once underway. Again, thank you for this and every other time I’ve called for help.

Paint chips are usually a Matt finish so will reflect less light than a semi gloss or gloss. But otherwise should be the same colour if you do undercoat right and two top coats. If you are concerned get a large sheet of plaster or something and test it using the 3 coats above. It will look diff in diff light and in diff locations as your eyes change perception based on other colours around too.

Hi! Can i put these dining chairs and bar stools in the same space? photos of my dining table, cane light fittings over table. Ceramic light above kitchen bench. Swatches are of my flooring (not the honey coloured flooring the samples are on though), kitchen cupboards, bench top. sorry if it's confusing. We will be having black window frames and kitchen tap - house is under construction. Thanks in advance.
