The 100 Year Home Renovation

Our clients wanted alterations & additions to be added, to increase the size of the existing building significantly to suit the needs of there growing family.

The additions were to match in with the existing dwelling in conjunction to renovating the original part of the dwelling which was around 100 years old.

The existing dwelling consisted basically of two sections being the original 100 year old part which was the bedrooms space and a more recent modern addition which was the Kitchen & Living space.

The more recent modern addition was duplicated with the same proportions and positioned adjacent the existing.

The original 100 year old part was reconfigured and expanded in size·

The duplicated addition was linked to the existing addition via a Gallery, Pantry, Laundry and Deck.

The original 100 year old part that was expanded had a new roof constructed and tied back into the more recent additions.
