Do all 10 chairs need to be at table all the time or can it be 8 chairs and 2 you bring over from somewhere else for large sit downs? DIAL UP YOUR CHAIR sizes to be proportional to table so, as to not look like child size chairs. Restoration Hardware furniture is over sized and generous proportions compared to many other retail sellers. Just any chair could be easily dwarfed by the RH table and look tiny. telperien I don't think so..keyless locks involves either swiping with a card like hotel rooms or a 4 number code etc we were going to get it for our beach house then decided it was too much hassles better to just have a key safe and then if anyone wants to go down the key is there or if like me slam the door and deadlock it accidentally or the kids going to the beach they don't have to bring the house key with them

Bunnings has had a fairly recent addition to their bathroom vanities, lovely wall hung with drawer and gorgeous slim benchtop. You mentioned that there was a cupboard behind the opened bathroom door, could that be updated for linen storage. In this current layout, the shower is run towards the door with the shower and taps on the outside wall, this helps to direct water away from your large sash window. The shower would be narrow across and longer on the left wall. The whole bathroom floor tiled the same and where I have a short wall that could be a glass screen? I have added a 400 wide full height linen cabinet but if you were to use the other cabinet for bathroom storage you could certainly have a longer vanity with either one or two drawers.
