do you have another bathroom and laundry elsewhere? what is the floor made out of? can all the plumbing be re arranged? can you show plans of the rest of the house ....sometimes rearranging doors can be better than rearranging the plumbing

based on the size of the room you should be able to squeeze in a modest shower and a stacked washer dryer .... with a concrete floor and brick walls rearranging the plumbing is a major expense so retaining the existing layout is probably the best option although i expect that a plumber will advise you to strip out the whole bathroom and install new waterproofing, tiles and new fixtures and they may be able to rotate a small toilet and handbasin to allow a little extra space for a shower...first talk to the plumber but with careful choice of fixtures something like this should fit btw moving the bedroom door into the bathroom end of the bedroom would allow a little more wall space in bedroom and living area
