As bigreader has suggested any soft furnishing you can add will all help to reduce noise. Not knowing what kid of treatment you offer I would try a small well fitted head set for your clients playing soft relaxing music.

My first thought -- the picture ! It detracts from what you are trying to achieve IMO -- move it to another wall . Or another room . Put some vases there . Family pics . The TV . That is my next thought -- the TV should be where the picture is . Yes , there is the fire below . Yes , heat rises . But if you can hang a painting there , you can probably hang a TV there . Although there is a temptation to just swap the picture and TV , I think the picture will still distract . A non-landscape picture may look better , but that one is almost competing with the TV . The frame . The colours . In my mind , you either don't have a TV in a room , or you make it part of the concept -- you have basically done that with the picture , the TV is now a 'nothing' . A poorly executed nothing IMO . But another option if you are wanting the TV to stay where it is -- move it to your bedroom . Or sell it . Get a bigger TV , and mount it a bit higher and equi-distant on that wall -- it looks too low , too far to the right , and although maybe a bit small , the positioning makes it worse . Make it look like it was planned , not planned to fail .

I love the feature wall colour ! It lifts the whole room ,and modernises it so much . It makes the nice but boring couches look exciting , but it makes the curtains look even worse ! In the lounge , I'd do sheers basically inside the window frame , with big heavy curtains 'over' them , only opening about halfway back at the top , and tied about 1/3rd of the way up . Colour ? The richest shiniest gold I could get . With the feature wall , the couches , the black and gold picture -- class ! Doing the master and the dining room in the gold may be overkill , but it would certainly add a luxe feel . Depending on how open plan your house is , the dining already has a brass or gold plaque , and therefore any other colour may not work ? The brown feature wall in the master limits curtain colours , but maybe gold and cream stripes ( say 10-12mm wide ) would tie the master in ,but be light enough to not be overbearing .

Like Dr Retro, I’m not aware of such a paint product, which is not surprising given you are making 2 big asks for the paint: Firstly, for external flooring which would be subject to abuse/harsh conditions from foot traffic, furniture (eg chair scrapes) and weather. Secondly, to the surface you want to apply to as this is a much harder for the paint to latch onto. If you do find a possible paint solution I would love to hear about it. If there isn’t such a product at least in the lounging/dining areas of your deck you could put a large outdoor rug to detract and shift focus away from the decking colour.
