OBJECTIVE is to catch the breeze from the laundry which is currently blocked by kitchen back wall. To get some cross ventilation we can open up the bathroom into the kitchen ie. remove wall between bathroom/laundry to be reconfigured, depending on Idea 1 or Idea 2. Concerns are Option 2 is an entrance into a toilet space so close to kitchen a mistake ? do I need a "secret door" ?
Launry / bathroom can accommodate an attic storage ladder up into ceiling void in the bathroom/laundry or cathedral ceiling as their is a void above it (unused space).
Additionally REMOVE internal fixed glass wall loggia/sunroom with a concertina glass door. This will allow us to to move the lounge room down to the room to accommodate kitchen
