Laundry room toilet suite addition query

Hi there,

I am enclosing the layout sketch of my laundry room and other adjoining rooms. The villa is built on concrete slab and is about 28 years old. It is a brick veneer house with drywalls on the inner side.

I am planning to add a new toilet suite to the laundry and since there is no provision to join the toilet waste close to laundry, it has to be linked with the main bathroom toilet waste. In order to do so, the Plumber said he has to cut across the underlying concrete slab and connect it to the main bathroom waste line.

Is it advisable to cut through the reinforced concrete slab? I am concerned here.

Also, would the Plumber be able to achieve the desired sloping from Laundry to Main bathroom?

Look forward to your suggestions/advice. I need to make a decision based on expert advise over here or people who have been gone through similar exercise.

Thank you.
