Help selecting knobs and pulls for kitchen cabinetry (Australia)

Hi Houzzers, I’m after some advice or suggestions on what knobs and pulls we should fit to our kitchen cupboards and drawers.
I’ve attached a few photos of our kitchen (house is at lockup so some shots have been taken through the windows).
Taps, sinks and appliances are being fitted after handover but to give you an idea of the final result - the sinks are under bench and black. Taps are also matte black, but one has chrome detail. Wall oven and dishwasher are stainless steel. The gap between the overhead cupboards is for a matte black canopy rangehood which also has chrome detail and the cooktop is induction.
I’m tossing between chrome or black, and whether the drawers should have two pulls or one large one in the middle.
We’ll be visiting Early Settler to check out their range, trying not to purchase anything online as we want to view and grip them in person.

Undermount sink selection dilemma
Comments (12)I have the Blanco Clarion sink with drainer tray. I had it overmounted and I absolutely love it! I’ve had this sink for 2.5 years now. It’s so easy to wipe down and keep clean. No mouldy edges because it is so flush against my wooden bench top. I am renovating my kitchen later this year. I plan to keep my Blanco sink overmounted over my new stone bench top as it will also help to prevent the stone edges from chipping around the sink, a problem you may encounter if you undermount the sink instead. It still looks great overmounted too. I imagine you could still use this sink with laminate bench tops if you overmount the sink because my plumber had put a stack load of silicone all along the perimeter of the flat edge of the sink where it sits on top of the bench top. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and my sink gets a real workout. Comments (9)If you are using real spotted gum timber as a feature floor then a fake, spotted gum-like laminate won't match exactly and will look cheap. If budget constraints limit you to a laminate kitchen select a plain colour that complements the spotted gum floor that does't try to be something else. Laminex Industries has a great range of plain colours as a starting point, but there are lots of other manufacturers in the market place. Don't go with a generic white kitchen that provides a stark contrast to the visual warmth of the floor. Honesty in materials is an elegant way to work with a tight budget. 5 years agoI would probably do something in a darker colour, like a brushed nickel, not too busy, but depends on what look you're after. For a more contemporary look you good do a more streamlined handle like this?.

Tradco also do nice ones, it you're after a more traditional look. Love the Hepburn ones though, very nice.

5 years agoDepending on the rest of your finishes such as flooring and furniture in adjoining rooms. I like Dr Retro suggestion but I would inject some warmth with brass, or use mat black. Otherwise the satin finish.

5 years agoThat’s a good point Jason, we’re laying these wood look tiles, I think our batch is slightly darker than the ones in this display.
