How to match red blue bricks with other exterior features
Comments (5)If you can get your hands on a set of colorbond swatches, and view them against a sample brick you will quickly see which of the colours tones with the deep blue/black of the brick. I suspect 'Monument' will be your preference given your comments, which I'd use for the windows, gutter and roof. For the fascias, consider a lighter contrasting grey....See MoreExterior paint colour

Comments (16)Hi again Grace You can get up to a 30 year warranty on Colorbond roofing. It would be easier and cheaper in the long run to just get the existing house done with a new roof while the extension is done. I've heard and seen some horror stories with roof sprayers and roofing companies in general and many are no where to be seen when the paint starts to fade or comes off in a decade or so. Get a quote for the new extension and then ask your builder/roofer you are going to spray your existing home but if he can do a good deal or discount on replacing the existing structure you may consider doing it all, at the end of the day it's a win for you and a win for them. Thanks Paul...See MoreJacoba
