Wow thanks Joseph. Yes I'm in Australia Victoria. I can get the mix just down the road from home. I have researched a bit and found that using malumine as the bottom of the mold is best but I have not heard of the vasoline and plastic but am definitely looking forward to a glass smooth surface. Is the flat sheet plastic something you would use as a garden liner to stop weeds from growing through? Just something you get from your local hardware store? I'm assuming that this is what the malumine would be used for I'm not sure. Thanks so much for the hot tips but I have my own hair dryer cause I'm the wife ha ha. I really appreciate your time. I've been playing around with a pantry location. Originally, I was going to move the pantry into the laundry with some custom shelving and cut the laundry space in half. Now, Im thinking of cutting into the study area and building a wall there, and converting the new space into a long and narrow walk in pantry. Either that or build half a wall and put built in shelving in the study. Building the extra wall will reduce the need to cover in the door way that is currently in place and instead utilising it. Thoughts? p.s. this isnt too scale.

yes there is space for a stacked washer/dryer combo or washer with wall mounted dryer. There is also a small amount of room for an overhead cabinet or shelf (which we wont put in initially to keep flexible). I think the market will likely be midlife downsizers like us or holiday home given location (we are eastern beaches in Noosa), possibly not enough land for a young family unless they want low maintenance.. Does anyone know a company in Australia that makes stacking sliders that completely stack on top of each other. I have lived in the US and they all stack very neatly on top and you get a nice neat line (picture below). I added them to our house design here but was shocked to find that on all the places I have been to, you end up with about a 5-10cm overhang with the lead door which is untidy and does not make sense. I was told that only cavity sliders can stack neatly. Is this the case? I have a corner door - where two doors are going to meet and one side is cavity, the other is not and I am told that one side will disappear but the other side they will not stack completely. Willing to pay $$ to get them to stack perfectly. Any suggestions for companies? Thank you. US Door above Australian Door above
