I agree with the brickwork being rather a good basic, leave it as is, maybe match all the trim work, which would include the garage door, facia board, down pipes, gutters etc (basically anything not brickwork!) to the window frames/driveway drain, which seem to be a "monument" black. Then maybe clad the letter box in a grey stone to tie into the driveway or charcoal black to tie into the trims, I'd also echo the light grey in any new or existing pathways... Unless you're happy to change the driveway colour in the first place, but I get the feeling keeping costs down, while getting the most impact is important. Lastly some modern landscaping and a low cost fence also in monument, maybe a sleek modern metal one. Like this: But about half the height, would really help zone and sharpen the bounaries, giving a semi formal, yet modern feel. I noticed you have a similar wooden one at the side of the house, if it's too costly to replace to match the front one, just paint it! Whatever you decide, remember to have fun!!

Katherine, I am just curious about the look of the rest of your house? For example, what look is the kitchen and external look of house. I love your bathroom, but not sure if it would match the era of my house. I am beginning to think that in bathrooms, they really only look unique and have an extra "something" when the floors aren't the typical grey, charcoal, beige........not sure what to do yet with mine...
