Need help with kitchen colours in light bright kitchen
Comments (4)One thing you might want to consider too is the finish of the bench top. Even though dark colours absorb light if you have a shiny coating on your bench top it might give you that glare effect. We have a dark green laminated bench top. And we get a lot on sun in the morning and the bench top is quite resonates a lot of glare. Opt for a matt finish in a material that won't throw a lot of light back. I have attached a photo of our bench top to give you an idea of what I mean...See MorePool Finish Delimma...Ocean Blue PS vs. Midnight Blue PT
Comments (0)Choosing a pool finish has been super stressful because once its done its done! Also, it is so hard to determine what a color will look like given the amount of light, depth of the pool, and surrounding landscape. I think I have finally narrowed the selections down to Ocean Blue Pebble Sheen and Midnight Blue Pebble Tech. Does anyone have experience with either of those? Does anyone have experience with any finishes that have the Shimmering Sea sparkling sea shell blend (does it make that much of a difference)? We really could go either way with the Tec or Sheen. It mainly comes down to color. Any advice and photos would be greatly appreciated!...See MoreWhich blue for kitchen joinery?
Comments (7)Is this your forever home? If it isn't just take into consideration that coloured kitchens do affect resale compared to neutral kitchens that people can add their own pops of colour to with accessories. Blue kitchens do seem to be having their 5 minutes of fame but like any colour will date. I would go for the deepest navy blue - the bottom sample would be the closest but something even deeper would be better. Just my opinion though....See MoreDark grey that throws blue OR grey/blue exterior colour help
