Maybe not enough silicon between channel and glass BUT you need to call the installer and have them take a look at it. Silicon takes at least 24hrs to cure so it may not have been dry enough to use - did you give it a test poke? Also if you use the shower and bump the glass before it totally dries you’ll cause a gap through which water will leak.
I have emailed the supplier/installer. They said we could have used it yesterday but we were having it treated today so waited extra time. Hopefully easily rectified. It's a narrow shower so hoped it didn't have anything to do with strong water flow 🚿
