Thanks guys. We just got a new fence built. It still looks like new timber so we're waiting for it to go grey and then we'll paint it. The grass got scortched from a week of high 30 degree days so in the process of reviving it now.

As for the concrete I already pressure washed it and that's the best it got. Is there a soap solution that I could put in the pressure washer that won't harm the grass?

The concrete looks fine to me. If painting is off the board just weed the cracks and tidy up the edging. Once your fence is done and the grass is green the concrete will look fine.
