Hi, yes we did paint the floor tiles in a small bathroom, incl the shower floor. We did them in a charcoal colour. Like all tile paint it did look good immediately after they were painted. I thought the charcoal paint colour on the floor lasted better than the white painted tiles on the shower wall because the white did discolour. The paint on the floor tiles of the shower really didn't last though all that long and wouldn't recommend it. I think the key is to go into it only expecting tile paint to last a couple of years then you wont be too disappointed.

Cathie - are you in Australia? I can suggest some Australian paint colours that would work, but not worth the effort if you are in the USA and have different paint brands and colours. Best of luck, Dr Retro of Dr Retro House Calls

Love the brick wall feature, it has an industrial vibe. The rest of the bathroom with white tiling should be fine, but probably choose larger cut tiles not small ones. The small tiles will simulate a brick look and probably make the space look too crowded. But yes, would love a photo to see!

I am with Julie. It would be good to see some more photos but from what can see I think mosaicing one pole would look great. Possibly mosaic your floor pole then tin sheeting or mini orb on your kitchen bench pole??? Alternatively mosaic the kitchen bench pole and paint the other pole in wall colour???
