What colour do I paint my concrete pavers in the driveway?
Comments (20)there are way too many colours going on here. Your home is a traditional style and yes the cream and green are traditional colours with the reddish brick however why did you put grey around the windows??also you have red scollops above the grey and it doesn't do the house justice. What colour was there before you painted the grey?? considering grey is a more modern colour I think you were attempting to modernise the externals. in saying that the roof would have been better to paint charcoal the cream in white and then the grey and then the driveway would be done in a grey stain. but if you leave it the way it is and cover the red scolloping above the windows the same grey and the bricks below the windows near the ground grey as well then get the drive way restained to the reddish colour of the bricks on the house and then it would blend more and look inviting....See MoreWhat should I do with these terracotta tiles??
Comments (9)Large grey rugs would ground the room and light colour furniture, timber but painted white . Maybe white leather lounges leaning towards industrial style. Tiles are great work with it. I would stay away from strong colours like reds , blues etc use neutrals and add colour with artwork....See Morewhat should i do on the end wall?
Comments (11)Your room seems so sparse or dare I say, a bit boring. Why don't you put shelving or an extra large painting or a grouping of prints on the wall. Or if you would like a television in room, Build it into a wall of shelves or low line entertainment unit. You probably have a nice view out your window, but some sheer curtains would warm up the space also....See MoreWhat colour couch should I get? Or how do I make green lounge work?
Comments (12)Just my opinion and I’m no expert : D If you wanted to hang onto the lounges for a little longer as they are very practical while you have a young child and dogs, I’d look at trying to find a cushion that might combine the colours perhaps? Like the pic attached? I’d also use some conditioner on the lounge and maybe put a bit more stuffing inside the lounge seat cushions yourself. I did this to a Parker lounge and after a clean and leather saddle conditioner it didn’t look too bad. Maybe a big square (so it won’t tip over) pot with a dark green plant like a peace Lilly, cast iron plant or a tall plant could make the green lounge fit in a bit better....See Morejen876
