Other colours that work with red are turquoise, apricot, peach, any blues, yellow, even some pinks and greens. (Look to gardens for inspiration, or Old Masters paintings). I'd find patterns with combinations of those, or Vys colours, in a rug, and chairs or cushions.

2 sofas look great when you are needed extra seating for people but i really like the armchair /wingchair idea with a sofa. As you have chosen a modern take on deco i would look at a side table that encumpases that style but as said functionality is key. No good having one sofa if you have 5 guests. It sounds so beautiful so keep moving with your ideas and remember that sometimes ideas can change with different advise but you have to love it

Your room is so light and bright, you have a wonderful balance of colour and neutral already! But you have a lot of light colours that make the room look as though its 'floating' and you have an impressive art and objet d'art collection with red and bold colours - so I actually think a couple of small accent chairs in a dark cognac leather or vinyl would work well and anchor the scheme, especially if the chairs were an open-arm timber design (like below image) so the timber matches with your existing TV cabinetry and coffee table and the open arm design does not look so heavy. Also you have nice high ceilings so I wouldnt go for a chair that was high in the back, this would throw the symmetry of the room - keep the accent chairs about the same back height as the sofa
