I'm not 100% sure what you're asking, but if you're looking for suggestions whether to make the lower cabinets grey and the upper cabinets white or vice versa, then I would be tempted to make the lower cabinets grey. I think this would help to make the ceiling feel higher and the overall space larger and brighter. But, it may depend upon what style you're going for, whether you have an island benchtop and, if so, what material/colour will be on the rear/exposed side of the island benchtop, the amount of natural lighting, etc. You can easily search through Houzz photos by room, size, colour, materials, etc. Here are a few examples I found from a quick search which may help:

A pale , sandy pebblecrete will look like a sandy lagoon, whereas a blue will be more eye-catching. We replaced the second liner of our pool with blue tiles . Hi an68888 I think I understand your question. Any kitchen manufacturer that custom makes cabinetry near you will tint your Polyurethane to any colour your heart desires. In choosing this colour, you may like to start by going to your local paint store and picking up some colour charts from various different brands to get an idea of options available. With the tone of Bottega Oak (obviously without grain) perhaps look along the lines of the colour Anthracite. Hope this helps, Malcolm.

Your slate has lots of brown in it. I wouldn’t go slate grey. Only consider new carpets if you can’t get by with giving the existing carpet a really good clean, and adding some rugs for staging. It’s highly likely that the buyers will have different taste including minimising carpet and removing the slate in those areas. If you must have new carpets consider a brown tone - most carpet shops will have samples that you could view against the slate.
