Colour for third kitchen wall?
Comments (12)Are you talking about the wall that is currently white? I'd leave it. Once you have everything including yourselves in the room it won't feel boring. You can add art, as suggested, as you find it. Plain spaces are needed in rooms to allow your eyes to rest and for the other features to be, well, features....See Morewall colours for living/kitchen with lots of light...
Comments (1)Hello Dean - what a stunning location! I strongly recommend that you paint your internal walls, and cathedral ceiling ( in fact, all ceilings, doors, door and window architraves, etc) in a neutral wall and ceiling colour scheme. The key to whether you have brown or grey (or another colour) undertone lies in the colour of your floorboards, which I assume are being laid throughout the house, with rugs thrown on top to add warmth, and denote areas. If you can let me know what colour of floorboard you have chosen, or are drawn to, I can recommend wall and trim colours. Comments (13)Do you need to have curtains ? If you do maybe just sheers .Put a blockout blind on the window facing your TV . When you paint make sure that the skirtings and architraves are white . Change the wall tiles in the kitchen and after painting the cupboards , add new handles. I think after doing all that including the neutral dining rug that you may find that your lounge tiles look okay . If you still aren’t happy ,then you can replace them when you can afford it . I think the floorings are done last ....See MoreWhat colour tiles would you recommend for kitchen walls
Comments (6)This is a very personal choice as dreamer mentioned. You can order tile samples from tile cloud or TileMall for $15 for 5. Pick some options you like and put up in the kitchen next to the other elements. You will soon know which one you love the most 👍🏻...See MoreSue Hamlet
