A mini bump-out provided 2' of additional width for the small kitchen. Now, more than one person can work in it, which is a must when family gathers. Clear Douglas Fir cabinets fit the rustic surroundings with sturdy bronze pulls the only decoration. Countertops are durable, worry-free quartz with a Madrona butcher block section next to the stove. The tile insert above the cooktop is a keepsake from travels in Italy. Chandler Photography

The kitchen has solid timber carcasses with solid ash doors and drawer fronts. The towers maximise the storage space and allows not having large wall units. Instead 2 units sitting on the worktops hide the kettle and toaster and 2 shelves .

Beautiful leathered dolomite ( marble) countertops paired with the rift cut white oak cabinets, and marble backsplash give this coastal home a rich but organic and casual style! Open shelves create a strong design statement while still offering lots of function.

With details original to the home, such as the chair rail, oversized arched windows and ornate plaster scroll on the ceiling, there’s an obvious nod to the Hollywood Regency style. It’s this combination of details with modern updates that gives the kitchen its current and distinctive personality. Understated and confident, the kitchen’s palette is comprised of lightly stained wood, classic flecked-quartz
countertops, saturated walls painted in Benjamin Moore® Silver Fox 2108-50 and attention-grabbing Suede sinks. It’s not hard to imagine this glamorous kitchen as the scene of many posh dinner parties. Guests can converse around the large island and
Porto Fino™ bar sink—the perfect size for chilling bottles of wine while hors d’oeuvres are prepared near the main Indio® sink.

This one level flat was completely gutted by a fire. We completely changed the layout of rooms. The wood feature wall is composed of reused studs that were charred in the fire. At the edges, some of the black charring can still be seen.

With custom cabinetry, you can mix all types of styles to create your very own unique kitchen. This kitchen shows a mixture of modern and traditional cabinetry through the door styles and stain colors. Metal doors and frosted glass hides the items stored in the cabinets. The traditional stain color mixes with the contemporary slab doors and drawers. With a mixture of stain and metal there is no telling what beauty can be created.
