The sea glass tiles and marble combination creates a serene feel that is perfect for a smaller bath. The various techniques incorporated into the redesign create a sense of depth and space. Meanwhile, the abstract prints and the black pendant lighting add a slight edge to the room. A spa shower system and glass partition elevate the high-end feel of the space.
The finished bathroom is polished, functional and timeless.

A sense of luxury extends to the master ensuite bathroom. Clad in marbles and textured porcelains, the shower is generous in size and features sanitaryware in brushed antique brass from The Watermark Collection.

Moroccan Fish Scales in all white were the perfect choice to brighten and liven this small partial bath! Using a unique tile shape while keeping a monochromatic white theme is a great way to add pizazz to a bathroom that you and all your guests will love.

This bathroom was very small, and in a condo you are restricted on where plumbing can go. Storage needs to be maximized so the old fashioned banjo top makes a comeback in quartz. The right side of the mirror is actually hiding pipes. Genius right? Using the same floor in the shower and the bathroom gives the sense of a large space. And crown moulding with L'rail to the ceiling gives an elegant look. We loved doing this condo project. Mark and Terry were so pleased with the results.

This very small bathroom was visually expanded by removing the tub/shower curtain at the end of the room and replacing it with a full-width dual shower/steamshower. A tub-fill spout was installed to serve as a baby tub filler/toddler "shower." The pedestal trough sink was used to open up the floor space, and an art deco cabinet was modified to a minimal depth to hold other bathroom essentials. The medicine cabinet is custom-made, has two receptacles in it, and is 8" deep.
Perianth Design | Buy My Eye
The client for this bath requested that Perianth create a sleek and chic hotel feel for his Upper West Side condo.
The concept for the bath as a whole was to create an escape; the concept for the shower itself was to create an enveloping mood that surrounded you from floor to ceiling. By bringing the lighter tiles into the corners, the black tiles in the shower were defined. Whimsical and reasonably priced artwork helps to make it light, fun and still sophisticated. All elements in the space were combined to achieve a luxurious, convenient and comfortable space.

These back to back bathrooms share a wall (that we added!) to turn one large bathroom into two. A mini ensuite for the owners bedroom, and a family bathroom for the rest of the house to share. Both of these spaces maximize function and family friendly style to suite the original details of this heritage home. We worked with the client to create a complete design package in preparation for their renovation.
