“Brent from Eight Six Design was the architect that created our fantastic new house. Its a single story 4 bedroom, cladded, colour bond roof with above ground concrete pool, wide entrance hall and lots of deck He did a wonderfull job and was always eager to help with any changes and worked well with the all the trades as required. His design has had many people asking us about him and we have referred new cutomers already. We had very little trouble with a build that had to be 1.5 meters off ground level and could have been very difficult, Brents ability to see potential faults and deal with council and certifiers made our project run like a well oiled machine. I can't thank him enough and would reccomend Eight Six Design very highly.”

“Nerida from Bawtree Design is our architect on our 6 month house renovation. We met with several architects and chose Bawtree Design as we felt Nerida had a true understanding of our needs and was flexible in finding ways to make the design work to fit our inflexible budget. Her vast experience and knowledge was invaluable and evident in her down to earth and grounded approach to trouble shooting and helping us sort out any problems along the way as well as planning for each stage. Throughout the design and planning, tender and building process, interiors and finishes, she has guided and supported us every step of the way, enabling us (as complete novices) to move forward with confidence. We would highly recommend Nerida at Bawtree Design and if we ever do another renovation or new build, would definately use her again.”

“We could not give more praise to Angus and his team at True North Architects. From start to finish the team was dedicated, professional and really listened to what we needed and hoped for. Every time I had a question or idea for the project Angus talked me through why it would (or wouldn't) work, and how these ideas might influence the design. We had interviewed 4 other architects prior to True North and these guys were by far the team who listened the most to our overall style and goals. Angus has a lovely personal style of genuine warmth and connection whilst also being highly intelligent, creative and respectful to the builders and other trades he worked with. I would give these guys 6 stars if i could!”

““We originally contacted Mark following a door knock enquiry to a Watershed designed property in Queenscliff that caught our attention. We were attracted to it by the modern, unpretentious style, quality finishes and seemingly good use of space on a tight block. Our brief to Mark for our home was to create an open feel from back to front of the block, while retaining the option to section parts of the house off and maintain privacy or “retreat” areas when required. In meeting the brief Watershed were able to provide a clever solution to a problem and create a practical and inviting living space that we had previously been unable to visualise, or even imagine possible. The layout and proportions of the property are perfectly suited to our needs and the design makes outstanding use of the property’s location and aspect. Mark worked collaboratively with the builder and was flexible and pragmatic when changes were required. All credit to Watershed for designing a beautiful and immensely “liveable” home that will stand the test of time.””

“The lake house is a much loved holiday home. However having survived being the host for over three decades to four children and countless family and friends, it desperately needed some work. Despite several attempts to do it ourselves, living in Sydney made it essentially impossible. Bringing Jasmine onboard as the project manager changed all that. Jasmine was professional, diligent and understanding of what we wanted and what the house needed. She sourced reasonably priced quality tradesmen and oversaw each step of the process. Without being pushy, Jasmine provided ideas when we were stuck and identified items to consider that weren't initially in our scope but that significantly improved the final outcome. The completion of the works has been timely and we're still coming to terms with how amazing the place looks now! We will definitely be using EKAH Studio again and highly recommend it to others.”

“Adam and his team were fantastic at conceptualizing and designing our home. I was very particular in my design requirements and have strong opinions about how I want things to look, Adam was extremely patient and empathetic throughout. He was able to take my vision and craft it into reality, finding ways to improve on it with lots of light and energy efficient design. Adam and his team are professional and friendly and both the initial design and updated versions were done quickly and accurately. The builders had zero issues with the plans and the sign off process (via CDC) was very fast thanks to all the time Adam took to consider every angle. I couldn’t recommend All Australian Architecture highly enough.”
