“Sergio designed and directed the construction project of what was to be the country house of my family in Cali, Colombia. In less than two months the structures and first floor of the house was already up (and of course the swimming pool!). The house was bamboo structured, with big open windows facing all directions of the property. Our time with Sergio was excellent, he is charming, reliable and has many incredible ideas for the design to be trend-forward at the same time as using unconventional materials.”

Every step of the way, Sky had given me the clarity and best effort on all building and design aspect. “We have used Quadrant Design for two projects - a renovation in Prahran (2004/5), and a new house in Barwon Heads(2007/8). Working with Tony and his team was a truly collaborative effort, with complete give and take between architect and client. The attention to detail on both projects was outstanding - nothing was too small to be ignored. Little things made all the difference, such as the 'scalloping' of the window frames at the Barwon Heads house, which greatly enhance the visual appeal of the place. All deadlines were met, both in the design and the build phases & the way Tony interacted with the builders (different ones on the 2 projects) meant we had none of the builder/architect tensions that can so often arise. Both projects came in on time and, importantly, on budget. We were so satisfied that we are about to embark on another house design/building exercise with Tony and the team at Quadrant.”

“Rosemary & Waihan were the right fit for us. They immediately understood our requirements and made them happen. We wanted a lighter, warmer and more homely feeling house and that is exactly what we got. Plus we moved back in on the expected date! There was very little stress for us as Rosstang did that on our behalf, for instance when the pantry tiles were not as expected and the skylight took twice as long to install as expected. Rosstang did the negotiating with the tile supplier and negotiated with the builder to only charge for half the extra time.”
