Even over email, Steven’s passion and commitment to quality and achieving our dream home were always evident. He worked hard to interpret our brief of something “modern, concrete, industrial and glass, with lots of light (and no curved walls)” and produced a magnificent home from design, build (through project management) to completion – including the scary moment we arrived from overseas to see our dream, interpreted into reality, for the very first time. A few breaths were held for that very first glimpse but we could not be happier with the result of a well-planned, high-quality, modern, liveable home that reflects us and our lifestyle perfectly.”

“We worked with Studio 203 as the builder for the Lilyfield house. Throughout the build they were extremely focused and thorough on all aspects of detailing of the project including drawings, modelling, budgeting and finished product. No aspect was forgotten about and it was a very rounded approach to the design and philosophy of architecture in todays modern environment. They were very hands on in their approach and it really shows in the end result. If you want a team that really understand's architecture and how it has the ability to really transform spaces and ways of life there is no better team. Their smaller team also helps as they are across everything and things are not lost/misinterpreted which is very valuable. We would love the opportunity to work with their team on another project!”
