“We used John to conceive, design and manage a total gut rehab of a garage apartment in St. Petersburg. His expertise and talents go far beyond just drawing up plans. He really made this space functional, inviting and a fun place to spend time for our friends and family, as well as enhancing its income generating potential as a rental unit. I have done several remodeling and addition projects on our residences over the years, but none went more smoothly and produced results I am as happy with as the project on which John worked. His personality is warm, friendly and easy to work with. He is a great listener and was able to translate our wants, needs and desires into reality. “We bought an home that had been built in the 1950's in Tampa, Florida. It had been added to by previous owners and was a stylistic mess. It was very run down too. I hired the Architect Bradley Smith to renovate the home. He did an amazing job in sprucing it up and making it look more cohesive. The exterior was beautiful after he was finished renovating it. He was very careful about details too. He has wonderful taste. He was easy to work with and we worked well together. He stayed within the budget limits and was very professional. I highly reccomend him.”
