Ross answered my questions quickly and with obvious industry knowledge - really helps put your mind at rest for a big investment at home. Due to the Christmas break the expected arrival was late January - the pallet and large mailing tubes arrived 2 days before Christmas! The guys had to bring a forklift to unload and were so helpful in getting it all around into the back yard - they really went above and beyond, and this was all inclusive in the purchase price of the shutters. I would highly recommend Ross and Gwendolyn of InHome Decor to anyone.”
