Throughout they consulted with us and made design changes which left us with a great deck. All the team ensured our children and dogs remained safe throughout the build and we highly recommend Canberra Decks”

“As the owner of Chapman Built Luke was very much on deck and in-tune every step of the way for our major renovation which included a small extension. His attention to detail is extraordinary and we are very happy with the finish. Nothing was too much trouble and our ideas and concerns were always listened to. Luke proposed some cost saving and design changes from the architects drawings which was much appreciated. Carpenters Adam and Dave were outstanding, very respectful and fun. They were excellent problem solvers and totally reliable. Ours was a 5 month build which finished on time. Even now our home is finished Luke has assisted us with a few minor issues. Our satisfaction with the work is obviously important to him. This was the first time we had done anything like this and we would recommend Luke and his team to anyone else contemplating either building a new home or doing a renovation.”

“Mathew and Blake from Lewel Projects contructed our deck and pergola, it looks amazing! They were so easy going and the service was so good we got them to come back and renovate our bathroom and laundry which has just been finished. The results are without a doubt one of the best in Canberra!”

“We found Michael to be excellent. He was easy to work with and challenged us on our design. He was able to draw out why we had chosen certain elements and then proposed alternatives that enhanced many components of our build. We found him very generous with his outstanding knowledge, down to earth and very obliging. What a nice guy. Thank you Michael. Update Oct 2020 - Have contacted Michael this month to help with some DA issues that were not to do with his design or plans. He has helped us find others who can help with our issue immediately. “Hi John, We wanted to put on paper just how grateful we are for the outstanding extension you have made to our home. Every morning when we walk into our new kitchen we marvel at the end result. Our brief was to give light and open up a dark ground floor, extending the inside living out and the results have ticked ALL those boxes with exceptional attention to detail. The entire building process from initial planning right through to completion was professionally managed and ran without any major problems. Unexpected issues were dealt with, with due diligence. During all stages of construction, we knew that we could trust you to keep things running to plan with very clear communication. You took the time to give concise explanations along the way and made it clear how additional steps could be of benefit to us. You were readily available to us around the clock and showed great foresight of a reputable and experienced builder in planning, design and proficiency of your trade. From the outset the stages were clearly identified to us and indicative of the cost and scope of works. As Project Managers we admired the process and organisation, management and control you demonstrated in our project right through to compliance and certification. At days end the site was always complete and functional to a level for us to maintain being able to live on site throughout the process. Again, thank you for undertaking our extension. “Would highly recommend Christie's Landscapes to anyone in ACT/Queanbeyan area. We were very satisfied with Sam and his team from start to finish. Really prompt call back from initial enquiry, sound advice, and excellent communication and punctuality throughout the job. Christies Lanscapes did a terrific job of about 90 sqm of limestone paving around a new pool area in a non-straightforward layout. A really great finish that we're very happy with.”
