“It is a pleasure to write a testimonial for Stephensen Constructions. My house was built in 1903 and very little had been done in the following century. Stage 1 of the renovation was a complete strip out of the upper level, and new build downstairs to make a two level home. Shane and his team offer a high level of personalised service, their attention to detail is first class, and the team and all contractors were always respectful, approachable and professional. Coming from a design background, I wanted to be involved in the building process. I was always consulted regarding any changes which needed to be made and Shane always responded to any questions I had. We have just completed Stage 2, which was a deck, garages and fences, and once again the process was seamless, with the same high quality finish. Shane and the team are very well organised, with quality workmanship throughout and attention to detail. The process has been extremely enjoyable and I am thrilled with the outcome of my home. I have no hesitation in recommending Shane and the Stephensen Construction team, as my home is a testament to the high quality and finish of their work.”

“Brendan & Aaron are fantastic. Talented and extremely conscientious. They initially installed a small wall garden for us and we were so impressed we asked them to dress our house with plants when we listed it for sale. Brendan really understood the look we wanted and improved the look of our existing garden then strategically added some feature pots. This contributed greatly to the look of the house which we sold after only one open home. They helped us transplant the feature pots to our new home and refreshed the existing garden to give it more consistency & in the style we prefer. We look forward to putting in a new outdoor entertaining space with Brisbane Landscaping in the future. Brendan has an amazing eye for presenting gardens and is completely across the latest and greatest in garden design. He also understands how to fit your vision into a budget. I can’t recommend them enough. The photos don’t do it justice.”
