Our agent was so impressed with the new styling and credited it with the extra $18,000 we made over asking price. Chloe was able to come over and personally style the house before the opens and was available for video conversations for questions. “We found Jim to have an excellent approach to our project. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make critical design decisions that ended in a much better outcome than what we had originally planned. There were no surprises, the process was simple and stress free and he over delivered on his commitments. We got a number of quotes at the time and although Jim wasn't the cheapest he certainly wasn't the dearest but he gave us the level of comfort that we needed to get the job done right within our time frame. We are very happy with quality of the finish and the way it has come together and would certainly recommend Svelte.”

“I would highly recommend Coastline Building. From the start John understood and could visualise what we were trying to achieve. He was very patient with us as our plans changed several times, nothing was ever a problem. We really valued the time John gave us while we weighed up our options, and his insight was invaluable. There were complexities with regards to our roof line and extending the deck, however John was the only builder that we had out that understood our needs and how to address the issues. Once we had our plan in place John and his team's skill in transforming what was in our head into a physical reality was incredible to watch. The end result is we have the most amazing deck that has enhanced our property beyond our expectations. The job is truly stunning!!! As well as creating this beautiful space the team also renovated two bathrooms. There were a few issues along the way but John and Christian's determination to create the bathrooms we wanted never wavered. We are extremely happy with the end result. We would not hesitate in using Coastline Building again.”

“We have worked with Rustic Touch on and off for 7 years, and have engaged them to design and build two large homes as well as a renovation to another. You often hear dreadful stories about the relationship between builders and clients. Fortunately every experience we have had has been fantastic, which is probably why we have used their services more than once. Tony and Deb are incredibly professional in their approach to every part of the build. They are both very talented in design and build and it is because of them that we have a house that we absolutely love. We could not recommend them highly enough.”

“We had embarked on building a new house and the main issue we faced was that we were uncertain about how to achieve our vision. We had a good idea of what we wanted the end result to look like, but didn't really know how to get there. By working with Michelle, we were able to fine tune our vision, define our style and implement this across multiple rooms. The mood-boards that Michelle created for us were so useful when we were having to make choices on materials (tiles, benchtops, light fittings, furniture etc) as we were able to refer back to these and have confidence that our choices would compliment each other. The result was a cohesive space that represents our style and the look we wanted to achieve. All of our interactions with Michelle felt really easy and it was obvious how much time and effort she had put in to the work she delivered. I always felt like we were on the same page and we trusted her suggestions as we felt that she understood what we wanted to achieve. We now have a beautiful house to call home and we were able to achieve this without blowing our budget! The suggestions Michelle gave us ranged in price so we were always able to pick stylish pieces without cringing at the price tag. This meant we could invest our money in quality items and spend less in other areas, but the overall vision always remained the foundation.”

“From the moment we engaged Michael to create our Balinese Hut (Shingle roof with internal thatching) and integrated deck around our Spa, I knew we were in safe hands. We gave Michael a hand drawn idea of what we wanted and without hesitation, Michael was able to deliver the most amazing integrated Balinese Hut and decking. in fact we were that confident we left a lot of the design to Michael, he knew what our concept was and delivered the goods.”
