“I hired Signed Sealed Sold to stage my house for selling. Heidi came over and worked on my house for a weekend and then supported me with video phone calls to finish the job. Heidi took me shopping to texturise the lounge and dining room, she helped me stage the back door area with the mud room, laundry and entry to the guest bedroom. She showed me how to stage the beds, dining room table and the Welsh dresser. Heidi was happy to use cheaper options where possible as I didn't have a lot of spare cash. When the real estate company saw the place they were impressed and said the house would be easy to sell. I was sceptical as there had been other houses in my street that had taken over 8 months to sell. We had one private viewing and the house was sold. I don't think this would have happened without the help of Signed Sealed Sold. I especially liked the video conference phone calls to help me do the finishing touches.”

“Kevin was fantastic from our first meeting and he made the entire process of renovating much smoother for us. We transformed our house into a 4 bd, play room, and 3 bathroom house. Kevin took my wife and I through the design process and it was amazing. He began by spending 2 hrs the first time we met, sitting at our dining table, after kids were in bed. During this time he was getting to understand us and to get a feel for our lifestyle to work out what was important to us. Once we had the brief done then he came back for another 2hr session, again after the kids were in bed, and he presented us with options. To be honest we fell in love with the sketches and it felt like he had been reading our minds. It was unbelievable. Kevin then helped us with the tender process and I still recall the reactions from the builders with respects to the degree of detail in the drawings. This allows the builders to provide more accurate estimates and it would lead to fewer disputes during the build process. This saved me on a number of occasions. Thank you Kevin and Jeff for making our dream home become a reality.”

“I worked with Cathy and her team on project in the Adelaide Hills in 2018. The house and garden were set on multiple levels. Cathy designed a plan for the garden that complimented the architecture and worked around and improved the existing infrastructure and established plants. Her design and implementation was flawless. She worked tirelessly to remove unwanted plants, prepare the beds, plant out and mulch the new gardens. The result is amazing.
